The Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, met with the Municipal Unit 7
residents today to discuss many Socialist Party program details, such as
healthcare. Rama promised to extend the number of people in need who
can access medicine.
“We will remove the insurance scheme. Healthcare should be offered to everyone”, Rama promised.
As for the judiciary system, Rama declared that it needs a radical reform.
“Justice is a good that can be bought and sold. In order to have justice we need a government that is not affected by corruption”, Rama underlined.
Education was another topic mentioned by the Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, who criticized the high number of private universities that, according to Rama, damage the professional capabilities of the youth.
“What is happening with the universities is the biggest betrayal from the government. By opening so many universities they reduce the employment level and students receive a useless paper from their faculties”, Rama underlined, presenting the solution that the Socialist Party will bring to this sector.
“We will build an education system with teachers that are selected from the respective experts. We will give parents a role to say their words”, Rama added.
As for employment, Rama promised that the Socialist Party will create 300.000 new jobs.
