The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, posted his first Facebook message
for 2015 saying that paying for energy today means investing for your
own future and that of our country.
“Whoever has not signed an agreement, should not lose the opportunity for this offer which is valid until Februaru 28th”.
Prime Minister Rama says that the cold weather of the recent days showed that the energy network in Albania is in very bad conditions, since no investments have been made in the past 20 years, but only thefts.
Rama sees the establishing of legality in this sector as the only way to change the situation, since it is the only way for increasing the real investments in the network. According to the Prime Minister, establishing legality and reducing the theft is the only way for increasing the real investments in this netowkr.
Rama says that if this is achieved, there will be more funds for health and education, and all the other sectors, since this situation has caused a 150 million EUR damage each year for the past 20 years.
