Rama: “Southern Ring avoids energy problems”

An investment at the Babica-Saranda transmission, part of the Southern
Ring 110 KV, has made the government optimistic that it will avoid
electric power problems in the Albanian coastline during the tourist
peak season.
Prime Minister Edi Rama inspected the works, accompanied by the Minister of Energy, Damian Gjiknuri, who said that any problem will be avoided within two years.
The Prime Minister guaranteed the residents that their problem will come to an end.
The development of the investment foresees the construction of two substations in Orikum and Himara.
