Rama: Schools are no political environment

The Socialist Party is committed in a comprehensive campaign with young
people throughout Albania. In a meeting with first-time voters, Rama
declared that no school director will be allowed to turn the schools in a
political environment and no opposition will be stopped to meet the
teachers publicly.

Rama declared that the reason why there is so much injustice in schools is because the youth doesn’t know its strength.

“Politics is to blame that teachers say that if students are FRESSH members will be expelled and if they join the DP they will receive 5000 ALL. Politics is to blame that the school directors open the school doors so that the Prime Minister can hold speeches to six year olds and ask their support to save Albania from the opposition, and politics is to blame that school doors are closed”, Rama declared, saying that other factors are also to blame.

“Certainly, politics is to blame, but politics is not a central power or a supremacy that can have some many blames on the people’s expense, if the people don’t want them. There where politics is to blame, we must agree that people are also to blame”, Rama underlined.

To remove the political influence from schools, Rama suggested involving parents in school boards together with teachers, following the models of developed EU countries.
