Rama: Revival not only for Socialists

25/05/2013 00:00

The Socialist Party introduced its candidates for the Tirana District in
Rrogozhina, where the Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, invited all
voters to end unemployment, ruin and poverty without getting blind by
their party preferences.

“On the June 23rd elections, none of them who live by their own shop should think about the party they like. They should think how to remove the small business tax, by voting the Socialist Party at number 29. Whoever lives by a salary should not think what party he belongs to, but vote the Socialist Party to remove the flat tax”, Rama declared.

Rama then spoke about the public order, saying that crime has went out of control, and promised that after the June 23rd elections the Socialist Party will put the State Police to their service, for the protection of their life and properties.

“Crime is out of control today and is damaging the safety of every individual and property. On the June 23rd elections, every common Albanian will reestablish the state police and will turn it into their service, protecting their lives and property. For this and many other reasons, the June 23rd elections is the day when Albania will decide between a further ruin or Revival; between increased unemployment and real employment; between bankrupted businesses or lucrative businesses. The June 23rd is not a revival only for Socialists, but for all Albanians”, Rama declared.

Rama: I will lead legalizations

The Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, met with the Paskuqan residents and declared that the government has never turned its head to this area, while progress there was made only by residents who have built better houses, but who are still isolated.

The confession of a Kamez teacher showed what Edi Rama has reported as a very grave situation for education, the usage of teachers for politicizing schools by Prime Minister Berisha.

“You will return to work without the condition to receive the Socialist Party cards and you will never be asked to join the Socialist Party, if it will not be your personal will”, Rama declared.

While the most pressing concern in this suburb of Tirana remains the legalization of houses, Edi Rama declared that the Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, has made a very dirty game in this process.

Rama said that Berisha starts the legalization procedures before every election, and never finishes them, so that he can use it as a new promise in the next elections.

“Right after coming to power as a majority, we will start the legalization and I promise that I will personally lead this process”, Rama added.

The opposition leader had a conversation with the residents of this area, and heard the other concerns that they had. Rama declared that his difference to Berisha, who promises dreams and does nothing, is that he prefers to be realistic.

“After four years this country will not be a Switzerland, but the state will be present”, Rama promised.
