During the introduction of the Socialist Party candidates of Lezhe, Edi
Rama declared that he was surprised to see so many supporters from this
city.
Rama commented this participation as the indicator of a certain victory for the Alliance for European Albania.
“Today we are ready to give to our country that rights that have been denied to it for eight years, which is the right to be governed by the natural majority. Gjovalin Kadeli is a real traitor, because he came to power with the votes of the Lezhe Socialists, and today turned his back by using those votes only for a post. This will be his permanent shame and the shame for this city. However, my grandmother, a wise catholic woman from Shkoder, used to say that not all bad things come to damage. With one traitor away the Socialist Party is cleaner and stronger in Lezhe, so that we can enter the next Parliament with four Members”, Rama declared.
Rama declared that Albania needs a plebiscite victory on the June 23rd elections, since the vote of the June 23rd elections is not for one or eight persons; it is not to employ Parliament Members, but it is vote for ourselves, for the dignity of the individual who today is neglected more than ever in these 20 years.
“This vote should be connected only to our country’s interest: to the interest of Lezhe, Kurbin, Mirdite and the family of every voter. The Socialists and Progressist members of Lezhe should show to traitor Gjovalin Kadeli that they are not his sheep that he could take wherever he wanted, because the Socialists and progressist people of this city could be poor, unemployed and might need to feed their families, but there is no bigger sin that trying to use people by using the need to feed families as leverage, as Berisha has done in these years and as Kadelli thinks that he will do. Whoever doesn’t want bankruptcy of businesses, on the June 23rd elections must vote the Socialist Party. Whoever doesn’t want to be added to the army of unemployed people should vote the Socialist Party”, Rama declared.
