Rama’s first stop in the Shkoder district was the Bushat commune. While
introducing the Socialist Party program for farmers, Rama thanked the
local residents for the message they are giving to the Parliament
Speaker, Jozefina Topalli, and Prime Minister Berisha, by punishing them
with their vote.
“We have a program that will enable every farmer to receive the property title certificate, which Berisha denied to them for 20 years. We will remove the oil excise and the circulation tax on the oil price. We will invest 160 million USD on irrigation, and will rebuild the drainage system so that lands will not get other floods. On the June 23rd elections we will bring this country out of poverty and will stop unemployment”, Rama declared.
Rama continued his meetings in the Oblike commune, where he declared that Shkoder’s blind vote is over.
“After promises there were floods, and after floods there were compensation promises, and after compensation promises there were other promises, and after the next flood there were other compensation promises, and after the next compensation promise there was another flood, and after that flood they didn’t even bother coming here. Agriculture and cattle raising will be our basic priority. We will create a special ministry for the village, the Rural Development Ministry”, Rama declared.
