The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, spoke at the “Professional Education, Guarantee for Employment”, said that the purpose of his government is to create a professional school in every municipality.
Rama said that his expression is being commented in different ways, but it is true that there are many companies that offer jobs today, but they cannot find the right people for those professions.
“No matter how they comment the expression ‘there are jobs, but no professionals’, the dramatic truth of many companies today is that they have vacancies but they cannot find people with enough skills for that profession. Our biggest impediment in employing those who left the social welfare is that they don’t have any skill. 25,300 students in professional education are 20% of the total, but they are not enough in comparison to what they need to be to answer to the job market. It is very important to say that a poll with foreign investors showed that their main obstacles are not taxes, legislations or courts, but the lack of a qualified labor force”, Rama said.
