The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, declared that the government will
increase pensions and economic assistance for disabled people, so that
200.000 families in need will not be affected by the removal of the 300
KW limit.
Rama underlined that the reforms in the energy sector will be among the most important ever done in Albania.
“The operation for stopping the energy theft will not end with this year. It will continue until this phenomenon is over. Today we are establishing the Special Operational Unit for finding the most specialized theft that can be realized by electricians and bill inspectors”, Rama declared.
The Prime Minister underlined that on Monday, the government will present the draft-budget of 2015. He emphasized that for the first time, the Parliament will have all the necessary space for discussing the project.
