Rama: “National Center of Medical Emergencies iwll be ready by Spring”

The Medical Emergency Service will have a national administration
center, a 143 million ALL investment for installing the digital system
of receiving emergency calls from any phone, for free.

“Within the next spring, the National Center of Medical Emergencies will be completely functional. This will serve our citizens in real time, for 10 to 15 minutes”, Rama said.

The new service aims to meet European standards and increase efficiency in the use of vehicles and staff. 90 specialists and 140 ambulances will be standing by 24 hours a day.
