The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, reacted after Moody’s evaluation
for Albania’s financial situation, calling it “another significant
rating”.
According to Rama, Moody verified that the public debt is getting lower, “confirming the government’s stance that next year it will drop to 69%, helped by a revival of economic activity.
“Moody’s report underlines that the economic growth and fight against informality have improved the job market by reducing unemployment with 2.9%. This doesn’t mean that things are going well, but it means that Albania is continuing to go on the right direction through radical reforms that will guarantee the future”, Rama said.
