Rama meets with Mayors before tourist season, appeals them to cooperate

“Not all municipalities can face these challenges on their own. A constant cleaning during the tourist season cannot be covered entirely by municipalities. For this reason, we have taken some supportive measures”, Rama said.

“Our measures including more security and health services for protecting tourists from various threats, from water vessels, which will be reduced drastically and to the threat from fires. This year will be a turning point”, the Prime Minister added.

Rama underlined that the plan drafted by the government is a very important and credible instrument for advancing in these aspects.
