The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, met with the administrator of the
United States Agency for International Development, Gayle Smith.
The press office at the Prime Minister’s Office quotes that Mrs.Smith has declared that PM Rama is a leader with a vision who wants to lay the foundations of economic development and modernization.
The announcement from the PM Office adds that Administrator Smith expressed USAID’s support for including educative programs on religions in school agendas.
“This is a smart initiative. If the new generation will be educated about religion, it will be harder to fall prey of extremism”, she said.
