The Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, declared that the vote of the
Albanian people showed that they didn’t vote to simply change the
government, but to change the country and for building a modern state.
“This mandate brings two options for us: making story or being punished after four years”, Rama declared.
The Socialist leader underlined that the country needs a reform in the rule of law, and a reorganization of the entire administration system that will treat our territory as a national public asset, on the same time by expressing the private interests and the public money.
“We must start working immediately for a new territorial division of Albania. We need to defend the water sources, the land and all energy sources. We need transparency to guarantee decision making an the entire process, and end the property issue. We need to legalize all informal areas and guarantee a full inventory of our assets”, Rama declared.
Albania’s next Prime Minister declared that he will personally work to resolve the issues of water resources, legalization of properties and the climate business.
Rama also promised that the next government will have none of its Parliament Members as Ministers. They will work full time for the people to listen and resolve their problems.
