Rama: Investing for education

The Socialist Leader, Edi Rama, gathered the SP group for education on March 7th, the Teachers’Day.

The opposition leader presented the SP education program that is part of their “National Rebirth” plan.

“We will abolish the psychological wall built between the teachers due to their convictions.  The Albanian education is in its worst days of inequality in schools”, Rama declared.

Rama underlined that the Albanian universities are giving diplomas based on money, and not the ability, which, according to Rama, will change with the SP in power.

“We will build a coalition with the pedagogic representatives and the parents. In education, the fruits of the investment are not seen immediately, but it guarantees the future”, Rama declared.

Two days ago the SP held a meeting for culture, in which Rama promised a new approach to art, bringing it to the context of a country that will change policy through culture.

Some days earlier, the SP discussed the former politically persecuted people, declaring that this category has always been victim of abuses.

Even earlier, the SP met for the problems of the Albanian society, in which Rama accused the Berisha government and the institutions depending from it of lying with the poverty statistics.
