The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, visited the town of Saranda
today, where he mentioned the Delvina Municipality, led by the Socialist
Movement for Integration, Rama’s ally during the past government.
Rama listed the employees of this municipality, and said they were all from the same family with of Mayor and of his wife.
Rama said that the battle of the Socialist Party is not against another party, but against the system.
“There is a system of parties that come to you with various programs, flags and promises. They take your votes and then they go after the winning party, telling them there will be no coalition if they don’t take their share. We want to overthrow this system, because this is not a fight against another party. This is the fight for Albania’s new history, for the boys and girls of this country who go abroad and receive experience”, Rama said.
The Prime Minister said that these clans have taken territory everywhere, from local governments to the highest institutions, where everything is done about the power, not for the country.
