The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, wrote a fourth open letter to the Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha.
The letter was distributed a few hours before the sixth national protest of the opposition.
In this letter, Rama makes it clear that there will be no resignation, and that Basha is still in time to be reasonable.
