Professional development of teachers is the next phase of the education reform process. For this reason, Prime Minister Edi Rama declared that the regional education directories will be reduced.
“The basis of the reform is the experience and passion of teachers. No matter how beautiful the reform is on paper, its implementation is another thing. We have school leaders today who are a political accident. We will keep the election of new school director far from politics”, Rama declared.
The Minister of Education announced that there would be a total reform in education, and that increasing professionalism is the government’s priority.
