The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, appealed first-time voters to
vote what he called “the force of change that his government brought
during these years”.
“What we did these three years and a half could have been done years ago. This country did not have anymore hopes. What we did is the biggest difference between us and the ones who are hiding in the plastic bunker, fearing justice”, Rama said.
He accused the opposition of refusing the June 18th elections, because they want to keep in power corrupted judges and prosecutors.
“After 27 years under injustice, they don’t want the judiciary to be freed by corruption. They know that by going against the Vetting Law, they cannot ask their voters to vote them, this is why they don’t want elections”, Rama said.
He added that the SP and its allies are determined to establish justice. Rama accused the opposition of being ready to break ties with Europe and America, and this is why they are attacking ambassadors.
