During the meeting with the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Prime
Minister Edi Rama said that the opposition’s behavior for
decriminalization and the justice reform doesn’t have anymore sense.
Rama said that the opposition cannot express it publicly, but they don’t
want the reform because they fear the robberies made when they were in
power.
PM Edi Rama said that decriminalization, including the request for investigative commissions, are now a closed story. Rama has quoted of having said: “The opposition is clearly showing that they don’t want this reform. They are finding any possible pretext to not vote it. They fear the wrong deeds they have committed during their ruling”.
The Socialist leader mentioned the April 9th referendum and called it an important and democratic process for the Socialist Party. “It is more important for the youth to vote, by showing a higher participation”.
