The Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, considered the enthusiasm and
hospitality of the Diber supporters as a responsibility for the next
Prime Minister to transform this area forgotten by the government of
Prime Minister Berisha.
“I was astonished by this view. This is a responsibility for me, for all of us. We will turn all of our promises for Diber into reality, starting from the Arber road. Diber will not be isolated anymore. Diber will not be abandoned anymore. The ruin in Diber will stop on the June 23rd elections, with number 29, the number of the liberation of Albania, the number that will unleash the extraordinary energy and passion of this people for an Albanian revival”, Rama declared.
Rama’s invitation for the Diber Democratic supporters was that they shouldn’t turn into Socialists, but they should vote for themselves on the June 23rd elections.
“We have the historic duty to revive Albania by helping every common family, regardless their political affiliation, besides the area where they live, in villages or cities, because the story of a divided Albania, the story of hate among each other has brought ruin, and that is what we will bring on the June 23rd elections, to start a new story. A few days and time will prove that work is the only way to raise the dignity of every family and of this nation”, Rama declared..
