Rama at the UN: “Kosovo recognition helps Serbia”

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, held a speech at the UN General
Assembly, where he presented the situation of Albania and Balkan.

“We are very proud of the religious harmony and co-existence”, Rama declared, mentioning the visit of Pope Francis.

Rama notes that  Balkan is entering the harmony path after a long period of bloodshed, adding that this was the focus of his visit in Belgrade.

“We must learn from the past and leave it behind, regardless of color, belief or race. Let’s get togethr and start a development process, making the future of our kids a priority”, the Prime Minister declared.

Rama then underlined the reforms undertaken by the government, which, according to Rama, are seen in education, economy and justice.
