The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, concluded his visit in the USA
with Vice President Biden and President Obama, at the White House. Obama
went above the protocol and invited Rama at the Oval Office. Top
Channel’s Newsroom Director, Sokol Balla, brought details from
Washington.

The visit of PM Rama at the White House is historic not only for the fact that it is on the 25th anniversary of returning the relations between USA and Albania, but it is also the concluding of a series of important meetings that the Albanian Prime Minister attended in New York and Washington.

Rama met for more than 40 minutes with President Barack Obama, after being received by Vice President Joe Biden.

Rama had a somewhat controversial stance on matters such as the security matter, since Albania is seen as a strategic investment for the USA, but also concrete matters such as the Justice Reform, National Bureau, NATO Summit in Warsaw, the refugee crisis, US strategic investments (TAP), etc.

This visit comes in a moment when Donald Trump is getting support from the republicans and Edi Rama, 24 hours ago, had made it clear on CNN that Trump would be a wrong investment for the US citizens.

But at what right is Rama talking about the presidential elections in the USA? For this, Top Story will have a live connection with Edi Rama at 21:00.
