The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, appealed immigrants to invest their savings on the homes of their parents or grandparents.
Rama made this appeal during a meeting with citizens, part of the “100 Villages, Rural Revival” project.
“These investments will certainly give you back a much higher profit than in Greece or Italy”, Rama said.
The Prime Minister focused on Voskopoja, which has an ancient history of civilization and many saints. Today it is a very attractive tourist village, although very far.
“A village that has seven wonderful churches, the crown of Saint Prodon. There are foreign tourists every week”, Rama added.
The products of the “100 Villages” will be promoted in a network of shops Made in Albania. Voskopoja has at least three products in this fair: meat, dairy and clothing products.
