Rama and Basha, different ideas for developing farming

The government and the opposition have two different propositions about the best way to help farmers.
In Perondi, Kucova, Edi Rama based his solution on the formalization of farmers.
“There will be a 20% reimbursement for every product that is sold legally. This is a very high reimbursement percentage for the government, but we want you to get formal, to sell with receipts and have your our business registration number”, the PM declared.
Lulzim Basha visited farmers at the Malesi e Madhe villages, in Gruemire, where he excluded the registration as a solution for farmers.
“Subvention is the right solution for farmers. There’s no other solution, otherwise Europe would have not done it. Our subventions for the first year would be 100 million EUR that would go directly to the farmer, without any registration number and other bureaucracies”, Basha declared.
