The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, spoke about the surveillance audio recordings published by the German newspaper, Bild.
Rama reiterated that he would sue the publications at the German Courts and that the Democratic Party has reached its purpose, that of offering a sad image to the world as the country is working to open the EU accession negotiations.
“The time when the audio recording was taken by them, which doesn’t coincide with the time of the protest, tells everything for whoever wants to hear. It is the imaginary revolution with the employees of the Municipalities, with young boys who have lost their path and who mask their faces, with the only purpose to offer a bad image for a country that is ready to open the negotiations, and on the other hand, it tries to plant fear among the people”, Rama said.
