The Albanian PM, Edi Rama, declared that the change brought by his
government in the economy for the past three years is indisputable.

Speaking at the “Golden Bee” award ceremony, Rama underlined that the economic model of today is based on exports and production sources.

Rama underlined that the government plan for the next three years is to invest 1 billion EUR.

“We have an investment plan of 1 billion EUR for the next three years. These investments can encourage an economic growth at around 6%. This aggressive investment program will be announced on the first days of January”, Rama said.

The PM reiterated that the 100 million USD salary increase will not affect the public debt.

Rama praised the government intervention with the tourism sector, saying it is now on the right track: “This year gave us a significant message for the tourist potential in Albania. We are putting tourism on a stable development path”, Rama said.
