Race for new DP leader

 “We need to identify the political parties, always for the opposition action. Albania today has the government of Edi Rama, part of which is Ilir Meta, and the Democratic Party as opposition. We must identify Edi Rama’s government as objective. Edi Rama and Ilir Meta are part of the same bad source, they are the mother party joined together once again, and our focus is concentrated now. This is the objective that we will face in the first electoral confrontation with them”, Olldashi declared.

As for the restructuring of the Democratic Party, Olldashi declared that he will cooperate closely with the structures of the base to develop the political life within the party and to strat the motors of territory control in the electoral point of view.

“Let us reinforce some militant connections that were dimming with the common members. Most of the human capacities of the Democratic Party political corpus, starting from the leadership, the national council and even the working groups were engaged in the government, the parliament and the administration, by slowing down their connection with the basic structures of our party”, Olldashi declared.

On the other hand Lulzim Basha introduced his platform for leading the Democratic Party before their members at the Municipal Units 8, 9 and 10 of the Albanian capital. In his speech Basha underlined the vision of his leadership, which is that the members of this party will be an important part of the decision making process.

“Every member of the Democratic Party will have his place to say his word, starting from the tactical actions on terrain and even for the selection of the leading candidacies, and even for the selection of the Parliament Member candidates. For me this is the first step for a new beginning. I guarantee that with my dedication and yours we will return the Socialist leader to opposition and return the Democratic Party to power”, Berisha declared.

Basha underlined that the Democrats, with his leadership, will return to the Albanian people the moral majority, because the new majority showed to be against the citizens’ interest and only for bargains.

“We are facing a majority today which is the lowest standard of the past. They are the Albania of tricks and lies. They have turned their hungry eyes on the public assets of the Albanian people. The Democratic Party should be ready to answer, as the moral majority of the Albanians”, Berisha declared.
