Qose: The “Pyramid†must be protected

Kosovo well known scholar Rexhep Qose is against “The Pyramid” demolition, saying that it should be kept as a part of history.
“Such monuments do not get demolished anywhere in the world. I have heard of no artist, architect or scientist that supports this initiative.” Qose said.
According to Qose, the demolition is an authoritarian and ugly decision, for which someone might take legal responsibilities in the future.
Qose recalled the “Dubrovnik” case in Croatia during the war of early 90’s.
“They must know that they are committing a crime against Albanian civilization and this is a crime against humanity. Those who demolished buildings in Dubrovnik were taken under arrest and judged. Tomorrow there will be Albanians who will raise criminal charges against those who demolish an historical monument, which is also called “The Pyramid”. Qose added.
