Public Private Partnership, Minister of Economy: “Today in Tirana was
held the conference on the Public-Private partnership, in which were
present the Minister of Economy, Milva Ekonomi, and the Minister of
Finances, Arben Ahmetaj.
Mrs.Ekonomi said that the Albanian government sees the cooperation weith the private sector as a generator of economic development.
“The realization of the public-private partnership projects improve the infrastructure and offer better services and with a lower cost for public finances, a better management, avoiding this way part of the risk and transferring it to the private”, Ekonomi declared.
The Minister underlined that the government, the international partners and the private subjects have improved the law structure in the concession and partnership area, with the purpose to create a safe, stable and transparent environment, according to Ekonomi.
