The new government will reform the public administration based on a
report of recommendations which will derive from answers given by
employees themselves.
Employees will answer a questionnaire about how the administration has worked so far, how projects have been managed, how effective are their relations with political leaders, and how could the situation be improved.
Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, asys that this is a way to increase the performance of the administration.
But how will the government identify problems of every institution? The Prime Minister gathered 50 of the most qualified employees, and asked them a report of the problems, progress, cooperation and project management. All of this should be followed by suggestions for how to improve the situation.
The 50 reports will serve as reference for the new leaders who will be appointed with the new government. After this, every public administration employee will answer a questionnaire to identify problems of their respective institutions.
