The 30 minute declaration of the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, that
it is impossible for Albania to dismantle the chemical weapons, has
been welcomed with applauds by the protesters who stood in front of the
Prime Minister’s office for 48 hours.

“We were anxious, but everything went well and for us it was like a flower in the desert”, one of the protesters declared.

“It ended up with an extraordinary success. Rama told the Albanian people that the chair he sits on belongs to him, but the Albanian state belongs to the people”, another citizen declared.

“He is our Prime Minister. We have elected him and we thank him for this”, another one declared.

This citizen protest was organized only through the individual conscience of every protester to not allow the dismantling of chemical weapons in Albania.

After the Prime Minister’s answer, the protesters left the boulevard with enthusiastic chants.
