The protest of the Mamez village, in the Kolsh commune, Kukes district, brought some arrests by the poice.
Other villagers held another protest today in front of the police station, asking the release of the villagers who were arrested.
The residents are in conflict with the company that is exploiting the underground resources in their residential area.
Several protests were held by the residents who have presented some requests to the company, which explains that all legal criteria for their work have been met.
