“I will work so that the Democratic Party and its Parliamentary group,
together with its human potential, create a strong opposition that
protects the public’s interest. We will guard the rule of law, the
public administration and state institution with determination from all
impartial decisions and power abuses.”

Lulzim Basha gave this promise while running for the Democratic Party leadership, turning it into one of the main topics, promising that the Democratic Party will protect everyone that will be fired unjustly by the new government.

Now that Lulzim Basha is the leader of the Democratic Party, he has established a working group of legal experts who are working for this structure that will support the Democratic Party in all districts and that will be coordinated from the headquarters through a special group for this issue.

Mr.Basha confirmed for Top Channel that these offices will be made of legal experts for the administrative and constitutional right, who will give legal support to everyone that complains for being fired unjustly.

The new Democratic Party leader confirmed that the new structure will have lawyers that will defend the interests of those who will be damaged by the new government. This service will be offered for free by the Democratic Party. The new opposition is preparing to make this structure available before Rama’s government takes the oath at the President.
