Prosecutors fired for not declaring assets. College refused their request for a review of this decision

Prosecutors Rovena Gashi and Dritan Gina will, who were removed from their duty by Prosecutor General Arta Marku, for refusing to declare their assets, had filed an appeal against this decision in June.

The Special College of Appeals ruled against their request. The decision of the Prosecution General remains in effect.

The College was made of former Prosecutor General Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz and Luan Daci.
