The Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla, said in an interview for the
VOA that the Prosecution has not been able to resolve the murder case of
banker Artan Santo.
“The investigations have been in cooperation with the State Police, but I must admit that we don’t have much”, Llalla said.
When asked about other cases, such as “Albpetrol” and Ardian Fullani, Llalla said that Albpetrol is a case in which the criminal and civilian natures are mixed. “We have gathered information, but there are obstacles”, he said, without further details.
As for Bank Governor Fullani, he said that the Prosecution did not appeal their claim since they found procedural violations.
