The Prosecution is one of the most important links of the judiciary
system. This institution is facing voluminous files that have been
inherited through years, but there are also new ones for a series of
murders charges, mafia-style murder attempts, spectacular scandals for which no one knows the
culprits, the reasons and motives.
Months ago, Prosecutor Llalla spoke about some cases that his institution is investigating and that would shock our public opinion. But what are these cases that will shock the European future of Albania?
The Prosecutor General declared that they are investigating ministers of the current and also of the former government.
Prosecutor Llalla refused to give the name of the Minister that his institution was investigating, but he said that he is under investigation for current charges, not of the past, and an arrest is not excluded, depending on the outcome of the investigation.
The Prosecutor General released this declaration on Top Channel’s talk show “Top Story”, in which he said that these cases will accelerate the European integration of Albania.
