The Tirana Prosecution suspended investigations against Jamarber
Malltezi, who was sued for physically attacking MP Taulant Balla this
summer.
The argument of the Prosecution is since the plaintiff is also the damaged part, it cannot be investigated by Prosecutors.
The airport provided video footage for Malltezi, son-in-law of former PM Berisha. MP Balla arrived in Rinas last June and reported Malltezi had punched him in Italy.
