A few days after the criticizing report, the Prosecution of Serious
Crimes summoned the Pameca 4 mission representative for damaging the
investigations.
Sources explain that the Pameca representatives met with the Chief Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, Besim Hajdarmataj, because this report is considered as interference in the investigation of undergoing cases, such as the “IMSI Catcher”, Emiljano Shullazi and Elvis Rroshi.
While the Prosecution claims that their image ahs been damaged, sources say that the Pameca 4 representatives said that they referred to media reports about their critics against the Prosecution.
The Pameca report underlined that the request for suspending the General Director, Cako, is based on mistrust and only suspicions, since there was no fact that the IMSI Catcher could make surveillance.
Pameca also criticized the arrest of Elvis Rroshi and the arrest order against him, since there was no serious argument for the verdict.
