After the Democratic Party launched accusations that the Anti-Mafia law had not been respected for Agron Xhafaj, the brother of the Interior Minister, the Prosecution was put in motion.
Sources from the Prosecution say that they are looking carefully to the case, doing their job based on the law.
The opposition has published a decision of the Italian Court, which sentences Agron Xhafaj to seven years in prison for being involved in criminal activity.
According to the opposition, Xhafaj is not only failing to implement the antimafia law for his brother, to seize his assets, but they are even protecting him by changing the extradition law.
