Prosecution starts criminal investigation

The Tirana Prosecution reacted after Top Channel’s investigative
program, “Fiks Fare”, published an investigation about the sexual abuses
in an association for orphans.

The Tirana Prosecution said that they have started a criminal case based on this report, initiatlly for the crime foreseen by article 108\a of the Criminal Code for sexual harassment.

“Fiks Fare” broadcasted this Tuesday an investigation showing how the association takes funds and acts on behalf of all orphans in Albania, by defrauding them and by even asking sexual favors in exchange of help.
