Prosecution: “Six years for judge Ademi”

The Prosecution of Serious Crimes requested six years in prison for the
Lezha Judge, Parashqevi Ademi, accused of passive corruption. The
Prosecution also requested to remove her public employment rights for
five years.
The process was held with an accelerated trial. Since the defendant has 1/3rd of the stentence reduced, the final sentence should be 4 years.
The same measure is requested for lawyer Gjovalin Ndokaj. The arrest was made after a report of Top Channel’s “Fiks Fare” on June 2015.
