The Prosecution General asked the Parliament to authorize the arrest of Parliament Members Tom Doshi and Mark Frroku.

The Prosecution asked their arrest over “false testimony”, “threat over false testimonies, declarations, analyze or translation”, and “false testimony in front of the Prosecutor”, as provided by article 305, 312/a and 305/a of the Criminal Code.

The announcement of the Prosecution says that they have interrogated people who might have information about the circumstances of this case, including high-rank officials and Parliament Members.

The Prosecution says there is erasonable doubt that the report made by Doshi has been fictive. None of the evidence is credible for an alleged assassination plot against Doshi.

The Prosecution says that based on the evidence, they have reached the conclusion that it was made up by Tom Doshi, Mark Frroku and Durim Bami.
