Prosecution merges Agron Xhafaj’s and Veliu’s cases

The Prosecution of Serious Crimes has received the lawsuit that Agron Xhafaj, brother of Interior Minister Fatmir Xhafaj, filed against the Democratic Party and their collaborator, Albert Veliu, for forging an audio recording against him.
The Prosecution has also started an investigation for drug traffic, since in the audio recording, the collaborator is heard talking about transporting cannabis.
The Prosecution has collected Veliu’s testimony, in which he claims once again that the recording is real and that he had discussed with Agron Xhafaj to traffic cannabis.
The same case has the testimony of Fatmir Xhafaj’s brother, who claims that the recording is false.
