The Prosecution requested life in prison for the bank robber, Viktor
Gushi, who killed one jewelry owner and a cashier in two different
robberies, and wounded others.
Viktor Gushi is held for 18 charges, the worst of which are the death of jewelry owner Rrapo Sinanaj, and Bank cashier Leonora Kaloci. Regardless of his penance, the Prosecution declared that Gushi committed crimes to feed his gambling addiction and his a very high risk for the public. For this reason, the Prosecution declared that he must receive the capital punishment, the life sentence.
For two years Gushi becaome the terror of second level banks and other businesses, until he was caught by the police. The verdict will be given on September.
