One day from the resignation of the Kavaja Mayor, the Prosecution
General started investigating with the suspicions that he has forged
documents.
The Prosecution General says in its announcement that Rroshi has not written on the decriminalization declaration the sentence given to him by the Italian justice years ago.
The Prosecution says that this fact has been admitted by the person under investigation himself.
The former Mayor of Kavaja, Elvis Rroshi, is the first official who is undergoing the decriminalization investigations. The Prosecution say they are waiting for other cases.
