One week after the Socialist Party filed a lawsuit at the Tirana
Prosecution for the firing of two kindergarten teachers for not getting
engaged in political meetings of the ruling party, the Prosecution
declared that they have started investigating the case.
An official source says for Top Channel that the material that was submitted for the case is being verified. They confirmed that the judiciary police officers will be summoned this week to hear the version of the fired teachers.
Klarita Doku and Diana Çorraj had been working for decades in the Kindergarten 10, and both of them were fired.
The charges to what the prosecutors are referring to is still unknown, although the Criminal Code foresees several articles against those who use illegal methods to deviate the electors’ will.
