21 days after the court verdict that found Governor Fullani not guilty,
the Prosecution has not decided yet if they will challenge it at the
Supreme Court.

Top Channel enquired at the Prosecution of Appeal to see if this Prosecution had filed the request at the Supreme Court, but non-official sources confirmed they are still waiting for the detailed verdict from the court.

Top Channel enquired at the Court of Appeal too, where the verdict had been published, with details, on December 23rd and had been filed at the Secretary on the same day. Top Channel secured a copy, which lists the causes why they left in effect the verdict of the Court of First Instance, which found Ardian Fullani not guilty for two power abuse charges.

Nine days have remained to see if the Prosecution will continue its battle at the Supreme Court against Ardian Fullani, the former Bank Governor accused of power abuse that brought to the robbery of 713 million ALL by their employees, Ardian Bitraj and Mimoza Bruzia.
