The Prosecution General has made a request for removing the Parliamentary mandate of two MPs.

They asked it for the MP of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Gledion Rehovica, and the MP of the Party for Justice, Unity and Integrity, Aqif Rakipi.

The Prosecution says that both MPs were affected by the decriminalization law.

Top Channel has learned that the document for the Central Election Commission was signed by Rovena Gashi.

The MPs have declared the names that they have been using in Italy, names that resulted as convicted for robbery.

The information has come up after the fingerprints sent by Interpol Roma.
