The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, visited the Frakull commune in
Fier this Saturday, where he announced the procedure for giving
ownership certificates in this area.
“For us, law 7501 is the guidelines for the entire territory that produces food, and based on that we will start distributing the property ownership titles in the Fier district. Here will start the first phase, and in the second we will start working with the irrigation and drainage systems”, Rama declared.
The ownership certification was one of the electoral promises that Rama’s party gave during the campaign.
